Letter to the Editors

As a resident of St. Simons Island, I was reluctant to travel as far as Jesup [Wayne Memorial Hospital] for infusion services. My local hospital in Brunswick was not willing to provide these services except during morning hours (not acceptable to a "working man"!). Dr. Duane Moore's staff recommended your facility, saying they were willing to accommodate me in the afternoon so I could complete my surgical schedule.

I am writing to commend your staff in Surgical Services. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable through the procedure, even bringing me a hot meal. I was quite impressed with the level of service I encountered.

Please extend my thanks to these caring people. I will be sure to tell Dr. Moore of my good experience so he will feel confident in recommending your facility to his patients.
